Shipping: We offer domestic and international shipping options from both FedEx and the United States Postal Service. If you would like us to bill your own shipping account, please contact us before completing the checkout process.
Local Pickup: You have the option of picking up your order from my home-business in Gladstone, Oregon... However, there is a $5 fee for this option, as I don't have a manned store or employees--just me and my busy schedule. After completing checkout, I will contact you to arrange a day/time for pickup.
Returns: I try to test everything before it goes out, and will
honor a 7-day no-DOA warranty. However, since these items are all fragile electronic
components and can be 10-15 years old or more, I can't make any guarantees past that. Returns will be accepted on a case-to-case basis only, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on items that are marked "as-is".
